Change Your Habits, Change Your Life: The How of Habit Change

If we know what we know, why do we do what we do? Most of us could easily list the habits we want and the ones we don’t.  But making or breaking those habits is often easier said than done.

When it comes to habit change or creation, it takes more than simply a strong desire.  You must understand how habits form and what gives them their sticking power.

In this workshop we will unravel the how of habit change and form a personal habit strategy. Come with a habit you want to make or one you want to break!

This workshop is facilitated by Jaime “JJ” Weisberg, positive psychology coach, certified resilence trainer, creator of the THRIVE! well-being series and owner of Northbound Coaching & Consulting and Northbound Mind + Body Shop.

With a limited number of spots, all sales are final, but you may transfer your registration to someone else. We offer one free scholarship spot for all events, for those in financial need, no questions asked. Just select scholarship ticket if the spot if available.
