Free – $25.00Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from purposely paying attention to the present moment.
Today everything is fast-paced, instantaneous, and chaotic. Savoring the present moment, rather than replaying the past or predicting the future is a learned skill. Mindfulness is a practice of continually returning to the present.
Each Everyday Mindfulness Session includes demonstration, practice & discussion of multiple mindfulness practices. Practices may include movement, guided meditation, breathing, making, journaling, and many more…
Leave feeling calm, balanced, focused, and whole.
Everyday Mindfulness is facilitated by Allison Graff – survivor, yogi, and health coach. Having survived a lot of life and health crises, she now helps others approach their health and wellness through the lens of mindfulness. She offers programs that improve self-awareness, balance, focus, and patience.
With a limited number of spots, all sales are final, but you may transfer your registration to someone else. We offer one free scholarship spot for all events for those in financial need, no questions asked. Just grab the free scholarship spot ticket if available.
