Their vibrant colors uplift our mood, their aromatic scents provide natural aromatherapy, and simply being in their presence connects us to the calming energy of the natural world. Flowers truly pack their own power.
Join us for a special off-site workshop to tap into these benefits, with our friends and neighbors at Fremont Farms!
During this workshop, you’ll:
- Cut your own flowers and create a beautiful farm-fresh flower bouquet in a vintage glass bottle with the guidance of Amanda Knaul from Fremont Farms.
- Learn insights from Northbound’s Jaime Weisberg on how flowers impact our well-being and tips to maximize their benefits.
- Enjoy samples of locally made & grown items from Fremont Farms.
- Explore the farm and shop for seasonal treasures at their farm stand.
Owned by Kim & Tim Ezzo, Fremont Farms is located at 514 Fremont Road, East Syracuse NY. It’s is a 3-acre family run farm, growing seasonal produce, cut flowers and herbs, farm fresh eggs and producing homemade jams and other goods.
With a limited number of spots, all sales are final, but you may transfer your registration to someone else. We offer one free scholarship spot for all events for those in financial need, no questions asked. Just grab the free scholarship spot ticket if available.
We ask that you please arrive to all events a few minutes before the start time to ensure we can start promptly. If you are new to Northbound Mind + Body Shop, using 118 North St works better for navigation. We look forward to welcoming you into the space!
