Join The Mindful Makers for their monthly art class series for children and teens!
This month’s Mindful Make focuses on the anticipated April Showers. Even our minds need a little spring cleaning too this upcoming season. Cleansing our minds of negativity and cluttered thoughts, makes room for love, calm, and mindfulness to stretch out within us and around us.
We have 2 age groups for this month. Please select the age group that feels most appropriate for your child’s development. Please feel free to keep siblings together but note the projects for the younger group may differ from the older groups. Times for each age group are listed in the tickets below.
The Mindful Makers, Maureen Coleman and Kathleen Ehrlich, are NYS certified art teachers in ESM’s school district. With a combined experience of 15+ years, they have designed these classes with a focus on mindfulness to ensure positive experiences with making, creating, and healing.
With a limited number of spots, all sales are final, but you may transfer your registration to someone else. We offer one free scholarship spot for all events, for those in financial need, no questions asked. Just hit the RSVP button for the spot if available.
We ask that you please arrive to all events a few minutes before the start time to ensure we can start promptly. If you are new to Northbound Mind + Body Shop, using 118 North St works better for navigation. We look forward to welcoming you into the space!
