Mindfulness for the Family
September 15 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Free
Do you feel like you’re constantly running, and even when you stop, your mind keeps racing?
In today’s world, families are busier than ever with competing priorities, children’s packed schedules, and the relentless pursuit of work-life balance amidst constant distractions.
Join us for a family event designed to provide resources and strategies to bring more peace and presence to your entire family.
Event Highlights:
- Book Reading & Signing: Enjoy a special reading and signing of the new book “Mindful Maddie” by Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Branches of Growth Owner, Katherine Hyatt.
- Mindful Art Activity for Kids: Children aged 6 and up can engage in a mindful art activity with Kathleen Ehrlich of The Mindful Makers.
- Practical Mindfulness Strategies for Adults: Learn practical mindfulness techniques from Mindful Health Coach, Allison Graff.
- Mindfulness and Stress Reduction Products: Explore a variety of products designed to promote mindfulness and reduce stress for both children and adults.
The event will kick off with a book reading by Katherine Hyatt, after which children and adults will split into groups for their respective activities. This event is FREE, but RSVP is required to ensure we have enough materials. “Mindful Maddie” books and other supporting mindfulness and stress reduction items will be available for purchase.
