Reiki Levels 1 & 2: 6-HR Certification

Have you been interested in getting certified in reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, powerful & natural form of “hands near” energy healing. By activating life-force energy, the practitioner works to bring a peaceful state of harmony to the mind & body by stimulating the body’s own natural healing processes. By clearing energetic & emotional blockages within the chakras & directing energy to the areas where there is an imbalance. The goal is alignment of the physical, spiritual & emotional self.

Itinerary
-Intro/history/philosophy/overview of Reiki & the 5 principles
-Understanding & working with the 7 chakras
-Demo of a full reiki session; entering into the sacred space, incorporating essential oils, crystals, & tuning forks, etc into your practice, closing out & grounding of the session
-Level 1 attunement

Break for lunch, which will be provided.

-Practice sessions: Applying learned method, body scanning, group discussions of experiences during the sessions (sensing energy as colors or static/visions that may channel through/ how to interpret what you encounter)
-Learning Reiki symbols
-Level 2 Attunement
-Post attunement practice sessions: implementing the symbols in your practice
-Discussion on experiences/questions

The training includes a book and lunch. Limited to 10 participants.

This training is conducted by Sophia Settineri. Sophia has over a decade of experience as a reiki master teacher.  As a board-certified holistic healer, her passion & focus is healing through the modality of frequency & vibration, with a large focus on crystal energy healing to assist the body’s natural healing capabilities.
