Self-love Affirmation Card Workshop (Safe Space Fundraiser)

Join us for a Safe Space fundraiser at the shop! Your registration fee goes to supporting this local non-profit, that “is a community safe space that strives to change the conversation around mental health.”

Attendees will create a small deck of affirmation cards for them to take home and use daily to practice self-love, facilitated by Christalle Twoney.

Christalle will walk participants through the purpose of affirmations, the goal of the workshop and the importance of this very practice. Self-love affirmations will be printed and placed around the table for people to use as examples, or they can come up their own. The workshop will conclude with a chance for participants to share about their experience. Adults, teens and preteens welcome.
