But as demands increase, being intentional about where we put our attention can make all the difference. Instead of racing against the clock, what if we could slow down, relieve stress, and truly enjoy this season?
In this program, we’ll explore and practice three powerful “slowing down strategies”: mindfulness, meditation, and savoring. These techniques are not only calming but help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, our body’s natural antidote to stress.
By slowing down, we create a greater sense of spaciousness, protect our well-being, and find joy in the journey. Join us as we delve into the mind-body connection, understand the biochemistry behind relaxation, and discover how slowing down paradoxically helps speed up the results and experiences we truly desire.
This workshop is facilitated Jaime “JJ” Weisberg, owner of Northbound Coaching & Consulting & Northbound Mind + Body Shop. The workshop will include a cup of tea of your choice to savor during the experience and small journal.
